How to make eggless chocolate mud cake

Eggless chocolate mud cake is a real delicious recipe.

Try and MANGIA!



  • 1/2 cup grated chocolate
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 3/4 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp of vinegar
  • 6 inch mould grease with oil
  • 150 grams of grated chocolate
  • 2 tbsp of hot water



Melt all together (grated chocolate, milk, butter, sugar).

Let it cool down.

In a bowl mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.

Add chocolate milk mixture.


Add vanilla essence and vinegar.

Pour it all in 6 inch mould grease with oil.

Place a stand & heat a pan for 10 minutes.

Cook it on low flame for 45-50 minutes or bake in preheated oven at 356 F for 45-50 minutes.

In a bowl mix 150 grams of grated chocolate and 2 tbsp of hot water.

Remove the pie crust and coat it with the chocolate-water mixture.

Chocolate mud cake is now ready to be served!
