Italian Ricotta Cheesecake



Servings: Serves 12


  • 32 oz. fresh ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 3/4 tsp Orange Zest
  • 2 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Set rack in the middle of the oven. Grease a 9” baking dish.
  3. Blend all ingredients together until mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour mixture into baking dish.
  5. Bake in the center of the oven for about 1 to 1 1/4 hours, until a light golden color.
  6. Make sure the center is fairly firm, and the point of a sharp knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool on a wire rack.
  8. Cover, and chill until served.
  9. Italian Ricotta Cheesecake can now be served.
