Italian dressing and mozzarella cheese are combined with pasta in this simple to make pasta salad.
- 4 ounces (1 1/2 cups) uncooked dried penne pasta
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed 1/2-inch
- 1/2 cup vinaigrette Italian dressing
- 4 Roma tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- basil leaves to garnish
Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Drain.
Combine cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients in large bowl and garnish with basil leaves. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
