The Italian Lemon Pudding (Budino al limone). Prepare this delicious pudding with lemon, spoon dessert decorated with lemon slices to lightly lightly cook them in a syrup of water and sugar.

- 500 ml. of water;
- ½ cup of flour;
- ¾ cup + 3 tbsp granulated sugar;
- 3 tbsp + 2 tsp of margarine;
- 3 eggs;
- 3 lemons;
- lemon slices and whipped cream (to decorate)
Boil the water with the peel of 2 lemons (only the yellow part) and margarine.
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, add the flour and dilute with the margarine and water mixture.
Lemon flavored, which you have prepared; put in a pan and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly; remove from heat and add the juice of the lemons and the whipped egg whites.
Pour into the mold.
Leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Mold and decorate with lemon slices.
You may now serve your Italian lemon pudding.
