INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup hot black coffee
- 1 sugar cube soaked with brandy or vin santo
METHOD
- Put soaked sugar cube on a teaspoon and hold it so that it sits on top of the cup of coffee.
- Ignite the cube and hold until the flame burns out and then let the cube slide into the hot coffee.
- Stir, sip and enjoy.
