How To Make Charming Café Royal

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup hot black coffee
• 1 sugar cube soaked with brandy or vin santo

METHOD

1. Put soaked sugar cube on a teaspoon and hold it so that it sits on top of the cup of coffee.
2. Ignite the cube and hold until the flame burns out and then let the cube slide into the hot coffee.
3. Stir, sip and enjoy.
