How to make AN UPSIDE-DOWN PINEAPPLE CAKE

This simple upside-down pineapple cake is easy and simple to make!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup liquid milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 can pineapple, sliced

TOTAL TIME: 40 minutes 

METHOD:

  1. To make burnt sugar, put the sugar in a saucepan on the fire until it melts, add water to the amount a cup coffee with a little piece butter, stir for 6 min , and turning off fire.
  2. To making cake, in an electric mixer, putting butter also sugar, adding eggs, one egg at time, & add flour also liquid milk .
  3. Grease the sides of the mold with butter and flour to prevent the cake from sticking.
  4. Add the burnt sugar, then round pineapple slices with a little juice, then add the cake mixture.
  5. The mold is entered into the oven preheated at 356 F  for 40 minutes.
  6. Remove the mold from the oven, leave it to cool down, and then stir.
