INGREDIENTS:
- onion
- 3 canned tomatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- garlic
- parsley
- chili pepper, dry, crushed
- some slices of stale bread
- salt
METHOD:
- Put a piece of stale bread on each plate.
- Gently fry the thinly sliced onion in the olive oil.
- Prepare some chopped garlic and parsley, and add to the frying onions with a little salt.
- When the onion is golden, add the peeled tomatoes split in two and a little boiling water, to keep everything soft.
- When it starts to boil again, pour the “Acquasale” directly into the plates on top of the stale bread and serve hot.
- Add, if you like, a little crumbled chili pepper.
